Pricing
Real ranges, not a sales call ambush.
Most agencies hide pricing behind a discovery call. Here are the actual, market-calibrated ranges our projects land in — so you can qualify us before we ever talk. These are typical ranges, not quotes: scope drives the final number.
Typical Project Shapes
What projects actually cost
Three shapes cover most of the work we deliver. Every range below assumes senior European engineers working at Portuguese market rates — typically €350–550/day versus €700–1,200/day in Western European hubs — which is where most of the arbitrage comes from.
- Focused Automation Build · €18k–45k
- One workflow, production-hardened — proposal generation, reporting, back-office processes. Typically 4–8 weeks from assessment to a system your team relies on.
- Agentic AI System · €30k–70k
- An AI agent working on your own knowledge base — like the assistant on this site. Retrieval, memory, guardrails, integrations. Typically 6–12 weeks. The same scope at Western European rates commonly lands at €70k–150k.
- Ongoing Evolution · €2k–6k/month
- After go-live: monitoring, iteration, new capabilities. A fraction of a hire, focused entirely on compounding what already works.
The Funding Math
Co-financing changes the number that matters
Eligible R&D and innovation projects in Portugal are commonly co-financed at 45–75% through national and EU instruments. A worked example: a €60k agentic AI build with 60% co-financing comes down to roughly €24k net. A €30k automation project at the same rate lands near €12k. Structuring the application is part of what we do — see how funding works.

Honest Fine Print
How to read these numbers
These are typical ranges, not quotes — calibrated against market day rates and the shapes of projects we actually build. Your number depends on scope: integrations, data readiness, compliance requirements, and how much of the work your team keeps in-house.
What we will never do: quote a fixed price before understanding the problem, or let a funding timeline gate delivery. A 20-minute call is usually enough to turn a range into a real estimate.

Automation ROI Is Measured in Tuesdays
The best automation investments are boring. The money is not in moonshots — it is in the recurring work your team repeats every week. Here is the arithmetic.
